It's uncommon to encounter products that match their descriptions perfectly, but this one did exactly that. The quality is impressive, right down to the metal clips and hooks. It arrived neatly packed in its own nylon carry bag, complete with clear instructions and a selection of basic exercises to begin with (P.S. the possibilities are endless, and you can discover a plethora on YouTube!). I tried some bicep curls, chest presses, and triceps pulls using the door anchor, and the kit felt great—comfortable and of high quality. I used the 50lb band, and the burn was noticeable after just one set. Due to tendon and nerve damage in my arm, I can't use free weights and was considering a gym membership to access resistance machines. However, I'm delighted I chose this kit instead, saving £30 a month on gym fees! It's going to be instrumental in restoring my strength and tone in no time! Il materiale e la lavorazione degli attacchi e dei vari accessori è buona ed il tutto sembra resistente.Manuale un po' stringato.Si sarebbero potuti mettere degli elastici lunghi, quelli presenti sono tutti corti (circa 30 cm), anche se di resistenza diversa. Nel complesso un buon insieme di attrezzi per diversi esercizi di potenziamento.
