I hoped this would have a slightly longer handle & that the flat bottom whisk would be more substantial.

Mixes eggs very well, make good scramble eggs.

At first I was surprised at the size of this whisk, it's rather big, but it does a fabulous job of whisking up hot drinks. Just the right size to fit into the bottom of the saucepan and easily froths up the hot drink. Sturdy and rinses clean quickly under running water. I love it

Works great for gravies and sauces. Seems well made and the long handle is great for deeper pots/bowls.

Bought to replace a similar whisk, this is far better quality than my old whisk and is great for making smooth flour based sauces, gets rid of any potential lumps.

Great whisk for beating eggs for omlettes, scrambled eggs. Easy to wash.
