Vitamin E is the beauty vitamin I take one every morning and because they are a soft gel you can cut the top of one or two and squeeze them into your favourite face cream stir well and your face will love it.

Firstly, I cannot comment upon the effectiveness of this as I’ve only just taken my first, however, effective or not, two surprises were apparent at opening the pack. Firstly, the purchase is for one bottle, not three as the picture suggests, so please be aware of the number of capsules per container and work out the value accordingly. I do find them good value, having said that. In another way the pictures are misleading and this is more concerning: the pictures show labelling with typeface design largely filling the space of the label, meaning that though small, the words are legible. This is not the case for the bottle I received. The label size in mine was as pictured, but the printed area was much smaller, meaning that there is considerable white space top and bottom and the typeface is so tiny that most words are completely illegible. This is irresponsible. Dosage is not legible; the contents the same; I can just read CAUTION, with reading glasses, but this is barely legible. What follows, ie why the caution, is in smaller, uncapitalised font which is again, illegible. Believe me, I tried. I would question the legality of this, frankly. There is no point in printing statutory required information if you choose to shrink the printed area to make the vast majority of the text unreadable. The saving grace was the photos here on the Amazon site, in which the printed area is correctly matched to the size of the label, and, of course, can be expanded for increased legibility. If it wasn’t for this, I would have not known dosage or any other essential information. Frankly, this is not good enough. Purchase with this in mind and do read label contents in the Amazon site if you too have bottles with a wrongly scaled printed area.

I can feel the difference. I have currently been using it for about a month or so. Easy to swallow and very effective. Helps the cycle quite a bit.
