Worked well, worth the money for used monitors.
I was little hesitant, but monitors showed up in a timely manner. Packaged well with HDMI and power cords. Few minor blemishes on monitor stands which is to be expected with a used monitor, but they worked great. Would purchase again. Thanks.

Great open box value
Solid work from home monitor. Open box was in like new shape and worked flawlessly. Price was right. Text and graphics were sharp for productivity and web browsing. Not a gaming monitor.

Great Monitor
Perfect computer monitor. I bought this refurbished to match one that my employer gave me. It had no issues and was near perfect. I could not tell the difference between the two.

Dell monitors
Great monitor for the pricing. So good I purchased two of them at the same time to have dual monitors.

E-Supply Technologies sent the wrong monitor and made me wait over two weeks for a refund!
I ordered a specific model number of monitor to match an existing one I already have. A completely different model showed up (and was quite dirty). In order to get my money back for the item I ordered and did not receive, I have to wait 3-5 days AFTER the wrong unit is back with E-Supply Technologies. I would never order from this supplier again. I ended up purchasing the correct monitor directly from Dell, saving a few dollars was not worth the inconvenience.

Refurbished
I am not having any issues with the monitor, it seems to work fine. The issue I have is with terminology of the advertisement of the monitor. I was not aware that this monitor was refurbished when I made the purchase. They didn't make it clear at all that this monitor wasn't brand new! The monitor seems fine like I said and I'm going to live with it because it would be a hassle returning it. I just think the write up on the monitor is deceptive.

Great renewed monitor for the price - wrong backing color
The images in the description showed a black color back plate compared to the silver one I received. I already have one in black so it was a bummer to get the wrong color. Other than that the monitor is in excellent condition and working as it should so happy with that.

This monitor was purchased to update an older product and I’m so pleased I did so as the difference is vast. Crystal clear and slightly bigger than my previous monitor and once set up so pleased I made the purchase.
