This product literally saved my sanity. I’ve been extremely irritated and itchy from half way through my pregnancy to 10 months post partum. I have finally learned how to use this. Between my husband, the gynecologist, and a mirror that shows everything huge. Okay do not I repeat do not get this in your chocha or on the inside anywhere you will get BV and a yeast infection. The way you properly use it is to look with a good motor or have your partner rub it into the vulvar skin. You need a tiny bit were talking a pea size amount. It will moisturize and no irritation or micro abrasions during intimacy. It's not a lubricant please meh kno. If you want a lubricant that company that starts with "B" they make something the gynecologist will give you a coupon code. Drink plenty water just an FYI if your having a wetness issue that contrave helps with that too and it's prescribed for weight loss. Thank me later. I've had it fewer than five months and it already smells terrible. I'd be buying it on repeat otherwise. It's a shame, because I like it and there is a lot left that is unusable.
