Nice scale
Torbal is a really good, moderately priced scale - nice accuracy with a repeatable stability. The RS-232 was another important factor

Customer service was awful
Don't expect even an ounce of good customer service from Torbal. Their warranty doesn't cover any load cell repairs. Had to contact them multiple times to get a reply on what was wrong with my balance, cost over 400 dollars to repair, took over four days to get a hold of someone to pay for the repair, and when I got my balance back, it still had a faulty load cell. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
