Este verano en la piscina, ha sido un juguete muy demandado. La calidad en general está bien, plásticos de calidad y con buen espesor, sólidos que han aguantado que alguno se colgara..., El único pero es que se nos ha despegado parte del metacrilato que forma el marco transparente, supongo que por los golpes de la pelota. Tiene fácil solución echando silicona, pero esto ha pasado. Las bolas son de calidad y pese a estar bajo el sol todo el día, no han perdido color ni se han deformado.

The kids…and the adults too, have an absolute blast with this poolside basketball hoop! It’s been such a fun addition to the pool — every time they are in the pool they play with it almost nonstop. The base fills with water, which makes it super sturdy and keeps it from tipping, even with some rough play. But when not filled with water it’s pretty light weight and easy to move around. Also it’s super easy to set up, and it’s keeps everyone entertained all summer long. That said, after a while I noticed the blue behind the plexiglass backboard starting to peel and the plexiglass started to pull away from the white plastic as well as rust forming on the rim. I reached out to the company, and after going back and forth a few times, they agreed to send me a replacement backboard and rim. I really appreciate that they are going to stand behind their product and make it right. They also mentioned that as of summer 2024, they’ve improved the rim so it better withstands pool chemicals, UV exposure, and should last much longer — which is great to hear. The price is a little on the higher side, but it’s a really good-looking hoop that fits perfectly beside the pool and adds a nice touch to the backyard. Overall, despite those issues I’m happy with the purchase and appreciate the company’s willingness to stand behind their product.

Do not waste your money. This thing is junk. The backboard started pealing off the frame the first season we had it. This season the rim rusted through and broke. I contacted their customer support and they confirmed they had some production issues during the time this one was made. They told me I could buy the replacement rim and backboard and get free shipping. They extended their 6 month warranty out to 12 months as they knew there were issues. We live in Wisconsin and had not even used it more than 8 months over the period of two years since purchased. In the winter months it was stored inside. Not pleased with how they handled this. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand.

One month in and the backboard has started coming off. We’ve barely used it, the kids have taken maybe a dozen shots as it’s been rainy and not used much at all. Very disappointing for the price I paid, expected this to be very robust. The item went together well, but clearly not built to stand the test of time.
