A fabulous parasol at an amazing price. Great quality materials and construction and was quite easy to put up with minimal effort. Obviously, it will take two people to mount it onto the parasol base to be safe, but once assembled it is very easy to deploy, tilt and rotate. It looks stunning on our new patio and the built-in solar lights on the struts are a brilliant addition. Really pleased with my purchase and I think it is worth every penny. Great customer service as well.

After scouring multiple garden centres around my area (50mile ish radius), I was surprised at how expensive these have become. Anywhere from £700 to £1000 and in most cases you need to add a base to that as well which can also be upwards of £100. I prefer to actually see before I buy in most cases but I know a friend who highly recommended the brand even though he had a different product. I ordered it and was not disappointed. Yes I had to buy a base as well but all told my purchase was under £600 all in. The constructon of this is outstanding. Better than or at least equal to more expensive parasols in the said garden centres and mine included built in lighting as well. I bought the 100kg base, have only filled it water and its perfectly stable. None of those 4 x rediculously heavy concrete petal weights for me. Once the base is filled with water, its a 2 person parasol lift onto the base and the shroud does a nice job of tidying up the appearence. It rotates via a removable winding handle and the parasol opens via the same method. Dead easy to operate. Also, the tilt function is also easy via a trigger release. Just squeeze the trigger and just slide the handle up and down the shaft to where you want it. Release the trigger to relock it into the locating holes and its secure. Well thought out design. You get 2 handles, a cover (sadly basic and beige, our parasol is grey, and our furniture is also grey, but it does the job and a long collapsable rod to put it on and off ... yes you need it because its abut 10feet tall. For the winter I will buy a heavier duty cover as I have nowhere to store it during winter mths so after wd40ing the mechanisms for proctection, outside it will live. This is truly a great parasol, well made, heavy duty all aluminium framework (no rust) and really looks the business. Time will tell how long it will last but Im sure I can get a good few years out of this one. Highly recommended.

Great umbrella. Good fabric. Mini top umbrella has its own spokes. Looks sturdy. Main umbrella appwars strong. We fixed it in ground with, bought separately, metal sleeve and concreted it in. Post is large and sturdy. Controls are excellent. So far so good. We bought a cover fir the umbrella as this is not included. Very happy with delivery and product. Bought the dark Grey fabric. Fabulously large shaded area on our composite decking patio.

Stunning customer service from Purple Leaf, seller sent wrong colour umbrella, Purple Leaf has sent grey canvas to use in addition to the beige one when it was not their fault but that of the seller. The umbrella is very high quality and well made, easy functionality and great shade

Wow so pleased I didn’t go for a cheap and cheerful umbrella. The cantilever parasol is the bees knees. A lot more than I thought I would spend on one, but absolutely worth it. We have used it all this summer. The material is very good quality, it tilts so you are still shaded even when the sun is low in the sky, easy to put up and down and swivels easily too. Was a bit worried when we had a breeze as it did creak a little bit, but stayed very stable. I bought the 3.3m grey one. It covers all of our three seater settee, two armchairs and two stools. I think this should last a fair few years. Definitely worth paying a bit extra for the quality. As for the base I emailed them directly and they provided me with the correct base. By the was the base is quite expensive and bigger than I thought, but needed to take the weight of the parasol. We filled ours with dry sand. A big expense for us, but definitely worth it to go with our new landscaped garden.

Seems really good quality and is easy to set up and move around itself. The ability to tilt is a great function for those or us that are not sun lovers.

This parasol is great. Fairly easy to put together, although as others have mentioned, the instructions could be a little clearer. My 1 star review is aimed at Amazon’s awful delivery service. Originally ordered on June 26 with a scheduled delivery of June 29. I was then informed that there was delay & the delivery was moved to 1 July. It never showed up. Several chat conversations and phone calls to Amazon customer service later, I was promised delivery on a further 3 occasions and it still never showed up. Despite Amazon seeming to know everything about my orders, strangely enough, they couldn’t locate where my order was. Eventually, I was offered a refund and told that if it did show up, I could keep it. A second one was ordered on July 3 with a scheduled delivery of July 6. Guess what, it didn’t show up again. The delivery was then rescheduled by Amazon to July 12. When it eventually turned up, 2 weeks later, I got 2 of them. The original and the second one. Despite Amazon customer services advising I could keep the original, a few days ago, I received an email from Amazon demanding I return it. They excepted me to follow a process of printing a label and taking it to the post office. This is impossible as it’s too large. I then had spend another 20 minutes on the phone to Amazon explaining why it couldn’t be taken to the post office. Eventually Amazon did arrange for a scheduled collection. We’ll see if they actually turn up.

Der Schirm ist qualitativ sehr gut. Es kam zwar mit zwei Dellen in dem Gerüst an (obwohl die Verpackung unversehrt war) aber der Kundendienst hat schnell und unkompliziert geholfen und die Teile nachgeliefert. Der Schirm ist mit der passenden Halterung sehr stabil und sieht allgemein sehr hochwertig aus.

Der Schirm ist mit kleinen Löchern übersäht!! Auch am Aluminium sind Kratzspuren zu sehen! Der Support von Amazon hat hier komplett versagt! Es wurde weder eine Teilrückerstattung noch sonst eine Art der Einsicht, weder von Amazon oder vom Händler geleistet!! Wie komme ich dazu viel Geld auszugeben für ein Produkt, das mit Fehlern übersäht ist und dann auch noch keinen Service erkennen kann!!

Ich habe für den Schirm einen Fuss einbetoniert. Die Bedienung ist einfach. Die Veraarbeitung und das Material machen einen sehr soliden Eindruck. Ich hoffe damit viele Sommer zufrieden zu sein
