The instructions are awful, The don't make sense and the photos aren't helpful, make sure you have it done professionally. The bike it's works great, I love that it comes with the basket and rear mount, comfortable seat that's easy to adjust. Never a problem with the battery and easy to remove and install. However, I had it for a few months, rode it daily to work - stolen fromy garage, used bolt cutters to get it off the cables. I am heart broken and stupid because I never registered it.

Really nice bike well worth the money

After settling the account with the manufacturer for the brake alignment my wife likes the bike. It is well built and the battery last as stated. The issue was getting the brakes to work properly and assembly instructions. I must say some of the worst instructions and video I have ever encountered. I have put together many bikes, ebikes as well and never had this kind of trouble. The pictures of assembly are dark and hard to decipher. The videos are quick and look easy to do. Don't be fooled. None of the screws/parts are labeled. Everything I did was by trial and error. I do not recommend the fenders, they are cheap and noisy. Much better ride without them. If you can get it put together great! I do recommend having it assembled locally.

This bike was really hard to put together, the directions were unclear, not really written in english, with lots of assumptions of knowledge of assembly of bike. The plastic fenders are so cheap as they might as well not exist. They are to flimsy to stay in place and every bump causes problems. The motor is massively under powered, it can not propel a 185# person up a 5% incline... much less bigger hills. Tires went flat on first use. Its not a bad looking bike, its just a bad riding bike.

I am now revising my previous reviw and upgraded it to a 5 after contacting the seller via Amazon messaging. Their responses were prompt and they replaced the damaged tire and tube with an entire new wheel. Rides quietier as a result. rI’m giving this 1 star only because it’s an easy step through and I did get to ride it for 10 minutes before the front tire tube blew out. The tires were inflated to proper pressure and the tire is not damaged Assembly time is 5 times what they advertised. Manual is almost useless and video has steps of assembly in different order. The fenders are ridiculously flimsy and front one completely useless as no matter how many times it has been adjusted it still is very noisy. It’s definitely not a quite ride with motor engaged either.

Based on price it’s great. to cold to ride now but I like it as much as another more expensive bike I had . Can’t speak to battery life yet

Arrived in 3 days! Packed well. Instructions I just watched above video and paused each step took 30 min. Basket was shipped separately. Heavy duty. Love the all Matte Black color. Front brake needed ajusting. Battery needed chargeing first charge 6 hours. Comfortable seat. Speed and power is great. My first e-bike , 64 yr old women. Knees not what they used to be for pedaling up inclines on regular bike. Would recommend. My husband and neighbor now want one they have Jetson bikes now.

It’s been charging and still not reading any charge (0 charge, no indication of life in battery), it’s now been 3 hours? Starting to get a little concerned because the charger is very hot also! I’m being hopeful this all works out (battery), because my wife loves the size and looks and feel of the bike. But as I said, the battery and charger is starting to concern me.
