I've used several boxes of these now, and the quality is always great. The needles are very fine, so there is less pain when you're testing your blood sugar. Out of hundreds of these, I've only had 1 defective needle. The needle pulled out of the holder when I tried to remove the cap. No big deal. I highly recommend this brand.

I’m so happy to put my meter because the meter I ordered which was the butterfly touch never came. I tried to get it twice so I had all these and no meter other than my Dario. They fit it perfectly. That is a tip

These are exactly the same ones my wife was buying direct from Genteel. Very reasonably priced for 100 pcs. Over 1 year remains on the exp date (not sure why these would even need an exp date). Maybe after exp Date the plastic becomes brittle, who knows.

Fairly hard to learn to use properly Direction said don't press down hard but you have to press pretty hard to get it to work. Was not happy in the beginning but after much practice I like it. Suction makes it possible to punch small hole and get blood Hurts some but painless as possible.

If you expect butterflies to accompany the lancets as I was you’re going to be disappointed. These do not come with butterflies. If you need lancets and butterflies you’ll have to buy them separately. If you are just looking for a method of perforating your skin this is works fine. Painless? Yeah, sure, why not dream.

My husband recently bought our son a genteel lancing device. We had a pack of microlet lancets on hand and they got his genteel so we used those. We got 10 sample butterfly lancets with his device and eventually tried them. The difference was noticeable. Very little pain using the micrlet lancets in the genteel but virtually NO pain when using the butterfly lancets with it. We'll be sticking to the butterfly ones from now on.

Thankful for these lancets and for the genteel to help my T1D son.

These lancets claim to be the least painful lancet in the market. I can’t really say for definite if this is the case but from the few times I’ve used these lancets, I can say they hurt less than some other lancets I’ve used. One of the problems diabetics have is poor circulation in the extremities. So sometimes trying to get a blood sample from your finger tips can be hard. You have to wash your hands and get them warmed up and then rub your fingers and flap them around to get the blood circulating. Then you prick your finger and hopefully you’ve done enough to get a decent sized blood sample. Sometimes you succeed straight away and sometimes you just have to keep trying. Well, with these lancets, you don’t have to do too much to get a decent blood sample. I’m guessing it’s the way the needle is shaped. In fact, it pricks your finger so well, you get a huge sample of blood. If I can get a blood sample on the first attempt, then it means I don’t have to prick my finger numerous times just to get one sample. I would recommend this.

This is my first time to buy this brand and I was not disappointed. There is no pain at all when you use it. Definitely an excellent buy!
