Mine do not move at all, I have 3 pair and wear them daily. These are extremely comfortable as well however I would order a size larger than normal.

I'm 5'10" 205 and the Xl fit great and they are warm. The fabric feel really good on my skin. Temp was 40 degrees today and breezy, wore the shirt under a thin hoodie and didn't feel any wind on my skin. Should be great once layered in cold weather. Nice set.
