This worked really well for me. My feet and ankles were swelling a lot. So I started using these pills and after a few days my feet and ankles stopped swelling!

Works well

Do not buy these. I bought these because I have problems with water retention on cruises swelling my ankles and legs. Sure enough on night two my ankles began to swell. I whip out this bottle of pills and just take one before bed. It only took a couple hours for the pain to start. Horrible stomach pain. It wasn't long after that that I found myself face first in a cruise ship toilet evacuating the contents of my stomach and quite possibly my soul. Not once, not twice but three times at least... I think. It was so bad I couldn't even keep down Pepto-Bismol that I took after my first episode of evacuation to try to calm my stomach. It was that bad. Then there was also the gas... painful gas. It took everything a couple hours to work itself out so I could even go to sleep. I woke up this morning feeling drained and questioning my life choices. I threw the bottle in the trash. While the ankles aren't swollen and I was peeing like a race horse when I wasn't vomiting and contemplating Davy Jones' locker as preferable to the pain I was going through, it just isn't worth it. Try something else, anything else, just not these pills.

Been using this brand of water away for about six months now. I also drink a cranberry tea that I make into an iced tea that has uva ursi for edema… I mostly drink that because it’s delicious . The combination helps with edema. I started having issues about five years ago and so long as I take the water pills and drink the tea I’m able to manage it. I take 3 pills a day and it seems to help.

Seems to be working. Need to go to the bathroom more frequently but that's the goal.

Caused hematuria! (blood in urine)

Most effective for water retention (especially while travelling) No swollen feet or fingers!
