These arrived in perfect condition. I was a little concerned by a few poor reviews, but decided I'll just return if they are damaged. I can't even figure how anyone received these damaged unless someone played kick the can down the street with their package. They are packaged perfect to protect glass and even a small amount of kick the can. No instructions at all, but I got the idea to get them from watching glass cupping using a heat flame. So I am fine with YouTubes instructional 5 minute video. I think these are a fantastic buy. I also liked something about a warm heated glass cup, over the new chemical plastic cups with a suction device. Just my own thinking and preference for this type of relaxed therapy setting.

Everything was well packaged but they forgot the cotton swab wand. Wish it also came with instructions what the little needles are for. Good thick cups and sturdy.

We really enjoyed these. They were great. This was our first fire copy set after having someone else do it for us. Definitely was not disappointed.

I’ve tried it numerous of times the cups just won’t suction on. I’ve tried wiping alcohol inside around the glass then lighting, placing a small cotton in stiff and lighting it and using the Cotton swab lite nothing worked. Any suggestions, the edge of the cup is round instead of flat.

I didn't like that one cup was shattered, probably due to the finger size hole punched through the box.
