Maybe for someone else is magical, but I didn't like for my hair

I have been looking for 30 years for a shampoo and conditioner that make my crazy hair soft. I have a ton of hair, very long, some is very curly some is just a wave, it's all usually crunchy despite masking and deep conditioners. My hair was softer than it has ever been in my enter life after just one use. It also didn't irritate my scalp the way most argan oil products do. I will probably never switch from this brand, I may try some other versions though. I did apply a small amount of Japanese Camellia oil to the ends while it was still damp.
