IM Fountain Pen, Brushed Metal, Fine Nib with Blue Ink Refill (1931649)

I really like this pen. It writes very well and has a classic look to it. The ink that comes in cartridge is very nice as well, with good shading. The weight is nice and the feel is excellent. Not sure why more don’t recommend this pen.

Smooth writing! My daily carry nice weight holds enough ink to write for weeks! Just love it!

No interruptions in writing

A joy to write again with a real pen with real ink. Enjoyed it so much I bought one as a gift for my son. Have gotten many interesting comments on having and using a “real” ink pen.

The lid is very loose after few months of use, the lid doesn't hold the pen at all.

More people have noticed and complimented me on this pen than new clothes, haircuts, or smiles. In turn, it provides a great writing experience with no skips or issues of any sort. The pen is a perfect balance of weight. Well done Parker and Amazon.

Fine nub for thin lines well made.

I bought this one to replace a similar Parker I purchased a few years ago which was my favorite pen, but I lost it. Parker quality has really gone down hill! What was a nice gold plated tip is now a SMALLER STAINLESS STEEL one! I could not get the ink to flow, and had to force-flush water through the nib, and then force prime it with ink. Instead of gliding over the paper like a fine brush, it's scratchy, and I have to bear down on the tip to get it to write. What a POS! Some of the crappy cheap pens I have from China write better, and are more elegant looking. What a waste!

The fountain pen is exactly what I expect

Es una súper manejable para quienes no están acostumbrados a escribir con pluma fuente. Es ligera y es fácil de limpiar si se llega a tapar.

Bought as a Christmas present, wife does not know yet. I've had one for over 40 years and no problems yet

A pen proud of the name

Sognavo di acquistare la mia Parker dei sogni da tanto tempo, ma il prezzo un po' altino (38€) non giocava a mio favore...non appena il prezzo è sceso a quota 29€, dopo uno scrupoloso monitoraggio, bam!, non ho più resistito e ho acquistato immediatamente questa favolosa IM in metallo spazzolato, che è oltre il concetto di raffinato, con un design pulito ed elegante e la sua clip dorata a forma di freccia, distintiva di questo noto marchio. Anche la scatola è carina, anche se devo dire che l'ho trovata piuttosto piccola e avrei preferito un materiale diverso dal cartone. Ho acquistato il modello con il pennino fine perché adoro le penne con un tratto sottile, tuttavia devo dire che sui normali tipi di carta il tratto risulta essere di spessore normale, quasi da pennino medio, non particolarmente fine. Da ultimo, una bella sorpresa trovare una lunga cartuccia d'inchiostro, visto che Parker adotta un suo standard di cartucce, anche se la tonalità del blu di Parker non è tra le mie preferite perché mi pare di vederci una nota di violaceo. Una volta terminato l'inchiostro blu, ho recuperato la cartuccia e l'ho riempita con dell'inchiostro nero...che dire, proprio una meraviglia agli occhi e un piacere utilizzarla!
