I’ve tried multiple bike seat post suspensions and they all suck to be honest, especially those straight shaft designs for $30-50, even the expensive $230 red shift and even THAT was a return, this one is effective at being what it is, a seat post suspension, it works well, Install’s easy, and seems well made, quality parts, ride quality is definitely improved, noticeably. It’s comes with springs pre installed already for a 220lb rider, I had to change the springs for a lower weight. Be sure to read the chart it comes with. Installation was a breeze Changing springs is the hardest part. my only gripe is it adds about 4” of height to whatever your current post height is, Iv always had my seat all the way inserted into the bottom collar, the seat as low as possible, and this product added a little height to that. If you normally have the seat post extended upwards from the collar, then this won’t be a problem for you, but if you're like me and like the seat as low as possible, this is something to consider. It’s definitely overpriced for what’s in the box, but it’s also the best suspension for bike seat post Iv used.

Works very well. Very easy to set up. Very easy to adjust. A little pricey but you get what you pay for so good value. Dampens out all bumps.

If you bought a nice bike don't cheap out on the seat post. The Kinekt (XR in my case) is absolutely worth the money. It completely changes the comfort of your ride and makes your bike ride like a soft tail. I had always assumed the seat made the most impact on the comfort of your ride but I see now how wrong I was. Even on relatively smooth and paved trails I still notice a difference throughout the ride and especially when I get off the bike. With just the stock seat and Kinekt on my Aventon Aventure.2 I have never had a more comfortable ride. Aesthetically it's also a nice look compared to some of the other options but that's really secondary to it's function. Cost wise this is one of the most expensive options on the market however you also need to consider it comes with all the springs you need to adjust it to your weight especially if you are a heavier rider like me. The instructions have very clear directions with color coding on the springs to setup exactly what you need. With the other options I would have had to order extra parts and spent time working out how much preload to dial it in for my weight. The Kinekt won't win any awards for best bang for your buck but that doesn't mean it isn't totally worth the money. It's the Cadillac option and it'll even make your bike ride like one!

Replaced the stock compression seatpost 30.9/350mm on my Aventon Level 3 that was the linear type that was “crunchy” during compression. This Kinekt 30.9/420mm is smooth as silk and gives me some additional height adjustment for my long legs. I first tried the black/red spring combination per the chart but I might soften it a bit to purple/red spring combo and add a bit of pre-load. Also bought the Kinekt Protective Wrap and Kinekt Locking Clamp to protect my investment!

This purchase was one of the 2nd best investment I’ve purchased for my eBike and my eBike being the top investment. The design, weight, feel and performance all top notch and great quality. Adjusting the tension to your weight and riding road preference is a breeze. At 63 and 235lbs this helps prolonging riding the eBike due to comfort and not getting bounced around. The reason for my 4 stars and not a 5 is price. My opinion on why this is expensive is for the innovation. The price of materials, fabrication, shipping and advertising is a cost but should not be over 200 bucks. I purchased it because I am able to. For most they will buy a lesser brand due to cost.

I have an Aventon Level ver 1. I use it a lot. This product makes my ride so much better. It really works. Very pleased with it.

I'm fit & in my 30s but have worsening lower back disk degeneration, potentially from spinal vibrations of biking over the years. I almost gave up biking especially now that I'm more aware to protect my spine. But I am SO GLAD I stumbled on this suspension seat post, it's literally a game changer and is allowing me to continue biking! I have a road bike with 0 suspension and primarily commute to work w/ some weekend rides on roads that have your typical bumps, cracks, etc. This seat post definitely absorbs much of the chatter I used to feel and really puts my mind at ease and lets me enjoy biking again. Mine came installed with the Black/Yellow springs rated for ~220 lbs rider weight, I rode it as-is and it already helped. I'm only 150 lbs though so I did switch now to Black/White springs which is more appropriate for my weight, this feels even more dialed in for me. I'm glad they included different spring options. It was relatively easy to install, swap springs, etc. The build quality feels pretty durable (I was reading about a different seat post that didn't clamp to the seat itself very well - this one definitely doesn't have problems like that). So glad to be riding again! EDIT: I wanted to get a 2nd suspension seatpost for my wife's bike. I tried the Redshift Shockstop Pro to try something else since that had good reviews. However, I returned it as it didn't perform nearly as well as this Kinekt seatpost. Did not dampen road bumps as well, etc. So got a 2nd Kinekt now and thrilled with it!

Das ist wirklich die Sattelstütze vom Feinsten!! Bei der richtigen Einstellung der Vorspannung, den Einbau der richtigen Federn, ist es wirklich ein Fahren auf Wolken. Jedes Loch, jeder Bordstein oder die Masse an Gully Deckeln auf unseren Straßen, werden einfach geschluckt. Auch der Versatz bei der Montage des Sattels ist so minimal, dass jeder den Sattel mühelos in der Entfernung zur Lenkerstange ausrichten kann. Mit anderen Sattelstützen besteht oft das Problem, dass der Versatz derart groß ist, dass man den gewünschten Abstand von Sattel zum Lenker nicht mehr einstellen kann. Zu Loben ist auch der super Kundenservice; es wird bei jedem Problem geholfen, es erfolgt sogar ein telefonischer Rückruf - auch hier vergebe ich gerne 5 Sterne! Leider mußte ich diese Sattelstütze wieder zurück geben; durch eine chronische Rückenkrankheit benötige ich zwar die größt mögliche Federung, aber um diese zu gewährleisten, muß ich die Vorspannung fast auf Null setzen, was im Umkehrschluß leider zum ständigen "Wippen" beim pedalieren führt. Dieses dauerndes Wippen sorgt bei mir für eine massive Unruhe im Rückenbereich, was widerum die chronischen Schmerzen verstärkt. Durch Tausch der Federn und Änderung der Vorspannung geht viel von dem Wippen verloren, aber auch der super Federkompfort, gerade für Bandscheiben Geschädigte Personen das Wichtigste, geht dadurch verloren! Ganz wichtig......... Fur einen Biker, der hier den absoluten Federungskompfort sucht, aber nicht unter bestimmten Rückenschmerzen leidet, ist diese Sattelstütze das beste was man für Geld bekommen kann.

Construction robuste et confort assuré. Reste à vérifier le pompage de l'amortisseur en situation d'effort. Je retire une etoile car le carton ne contenait que la tige de selle équipée de ses deux ressorts. Aucun ressort supplémentaire comme indiqué dans la commande. Pour le prix, j'espérais un peu plus de serieux.

Kinekt RX , we hadden op onze vorige fiets een gelijkaardige vering van "Cane Creek", en die was zeer zeker ook heel goed te noemen, maar nu deze "Kinekt RX" en eigenlijk is die net toch wel ietsje beter. We zijn et op fietsvakantie geweest, 3dagen elke dag ongeveer ± 50km, en we hebben het dus echt wel even kunnen uittesten.

Super lekker fietsen met deze geveerde zadelpen. Met bijgeleverde veren-set en tabel is de vering aan te passen aan het lichaamsgewicht van de fietser.
