Great electric toothbrush! Love the neutral white color and it holds a charge for weeks. Teeth and gums feel very clean after each use. Easy to hold and maneuver and I like the fact that it lets me know if I am pressing too hard. Very pleased with this purchase.

I have a tendency to always purchase up to insure the product has everything I might want or need. I ordered an expensive Sonicare toothbrush, but, for some unknown reason, Amazon cancelled my order without my permission or knowledge. I was desperate, and they had these in stock, so I ordered the least expensive Sonicare, and it is fine in every way. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I suppose Amazon did me a favor, but I still didn't appreciate the way it was MIShandled. The toothbrush is great. When it stops working, I will buy another Sonicare, but, this time I will order the most basic, inexpensive one the vendor sells.

Phillips Sonicare 2100 Power Toothbrush works as promised. Lightweight and easy to use. The charge lasts a long time which is a nice feature. Replacing the heads can be expensive but I think I will opt for the Phillips genuine ones next time as trying to use generic ones seemed to harsher on my teeth. Overall I am satisfied with product.

Arrived as expected. One pf packages was slightly damaged, another was not damaged. Toothbrushes aren't damaged and working properly.

Rechargeable Convenience: I love that it's rechargeable—it lasts almost two weeks on a full charge, which is great for traveling. Plus, I don’t need to worry about constantly buying batteries. Sonic Technology: This is my first time trying sonic brushing, and it’s surprisingly gentle yet effective. It reaches those tricky spots between my teeth and along the gumline, so my mouth feels completely fresh.

I had an older version with the prong plug that no longer worked properly. I got the second least expensive Sonicare and it is perfect. It charged quickly and is small and comfortable. The brush is easy to put on and remove. The base is small so be careful it doesn't tip over. I read all of the directions; it is easy to use. Be aware that it shuts off after two minutes so you need to be sure to not linger in one area. My teeth felt very clean afterwards unlike when using a manual toothbrush. I had my teeth cleaned recently and my dental higentist said to replace the Sonicare that I threw away. I highly recommend this low cost basic Sonicare 2100 model.

(NEW Review) This toothbrush was working well until yesterday. Sometime in the middle of the night, while on the charging stand, it started making a loud, annoying 'beep' every few minutes. I checked the seating of the brush, the seating of the recharger stand, the power from the USB port and all of the cable connections. Everything was fine, but the toothbrush just kept BEEPING every few minutes. I couldn't sleep the noise was so annoying. It was just like a smoke detector, when the battery needs to be replaced. I unplugged the charger, removed the brush from the charger and checked it again in the morning... SAME THING! What a piece of garbage !! As far as I could tell, Philips does not provide any means to contact them; at least one that I could find. Since I am now past the Amazon return policy of 30 days by a month, I have to just eat the purchase and move on. I can't afford to waste any more time on this defect in design. I definitely won't buy another Philips toothbrush, even though I really like the brushing action, its light weight and its well-engineered handle. I refuse to purchase from a company that doesn't provide an easy and convenient means to contact them and arrange for a replacement or repair under warranty. I would strongly urge you to heed my warning and find a better toothbrush than this one. (Original Review) I've tried other rechargeable toothbrushes over the years and have never been happy with the performance of the brushing action or the lifetime of the batteries/charge. This is my second Philips Sonocare. My first one lasted 6 years before the batteries would no longer hold sufficient charge to finish a 3 minute use. This one has improved brusing action and a much smaller, easier to use charging station. I'll update the review, if I experience any problems. But so far, I'm extremenly pleased with it.

Ive had one of these, this model for many years and has been great. At Christmas it gave up on me, hence a new one. If all you need is a good toothbrush that does what it says on the box, then this is the one

I'm very dissatisfied - the toothbrush broke after less than a year of use, even though all the storage and operating conditions for the toothbrush were met - it just suddenly started buzzing very quietly and had no effect on my teeth.

I've been skeptical for decades about electric toothbrushes and during all time, I kept vigorously brushing manually. I know exactly how much effort and attention to detail is needed to clean my teeth. All teeth have be brushed by every angle possible. So then I kept seeing this inexpensive Philips toothbrushes. I know that's a reputable brand. I figure, meh, ok, let's just try it. And OMG it actually works! Instead of brushing the crap out things, it's now a process of just aiming it in all the directions so that all needed contact happens. But the grunt work of removing plaque is done by the device! It really works. My teeth feel so smooth after a brush now. And with so much less effort! So yeah, I'm won over by this - and it took me decades. I then got 3 more for the rest of the family, and they like it too! This is all absolutely legit. I have no personal stake in this - simply sharing my excitement.
