These sheets are so convenient! no messing about with scissors, cutting from a roll, that then won't lay flat. Fit all our trays perfectly. I even do our roast potatoes on tray with parchment paper (saves on the washing up!). after parboiling lay out to steam dry, toss in a bowl with seasoning, onion powder and a small amount of rapeseed oil, spread out on the tray and roast, turning two or three times.

Great quality and there are so many, literally would last me a year at least!

What can you say about greaseproof paper? Love that it’s precut, always struggled with boxes where you had to use lid to cut, always tore where you didn’t need it to. Works well as expected, nothing stuck so far and I’ve used it plenty of times. Will buy again

It is indeed very good product. The unbleached parchment paper is really resilient and love it. Using it not only for baking, but also for steaming buns and many uses. Highly recommended. After doing a research on parchment I find this one seems to be the best. Knowing a lot of them are being bleached and not good for health.

We own a bakery and use these in the half sheet pan size. I love that you can use them a couple of times before having to throw them away. Which is great when you have large cookie orders! makes washing all the pans way easier as well!

I bought these because every summer we cookout & eat our fair share of BURGERS!! I recommend using a burger press . I have a hamburger press but if you have one you know they can get sticky when making a bunch of burgers & stick to the bottom of the press & getting them out you need to pull them out. These make it so I can put a sheet on the bottom of my burger press, add burger, add 1 sheet on top & I press the burger! Flips right out, can freeze them with the patty papers on them. When we are grilling, I put my burgers on a platter, & at the grill they come off perfectly & you can stack them on the platter since they can't stick! LOVE IT!!

My main reason for 5 stars is that this parchment paper is not bleached and non-toxic. Very good quality. The pre-cut sheets are quite large (fits a standard cookie sheet) and they're much easier than fussing with a roll. Nothing really sticks to it. Most things slide right off - water included. Corners don't curl up - it lays nice and flat. It's a large package and will last me a good while. Very happy with them!
