Amazing little clock radio for its size
I only purchased this because I read all the good reviews. My much larger clock radio of many years finally bit the dust and I'm thrilled with this replacement. Yes, it is very small but such an improvement over what I thought was a pretty good previous device . We always wake to the radio and I sometimes had reception problems with my previous clock/radio. Couldn't believe that the station I always use came in clear as a bell having just stretched out the little cord antenna from its wound up position in the box. I was concerned about this because I was always having to adjust the antenna from my previous clock/radio to get decent reception. Everything is so simple to do on this little goodie ... yes one needs to check the instructions and follow them in the beginning but all is very clearly explained and apparently there is an instruction video from what it shows in the instruction booklet if one wants to check this out ... I didn't. For daytime this radio can be very bright and clear or dimmed as much as desired for night time by winding up or down the little dimmer switch in back. Like so many, I also love that this little device takes up so little room on my night stand, has two alarms that can be set, and it's so easy to set the time and alarms once one checks out the instructions. My only concern would be that the display might go missing parts as was the experienc of around 3 of the reviewers, but the Company sounds great and I think they all got replacements. I think I read that it's at least a year that the Co. will replace a defective product and it might be longer but, hopefully, a problem would show up in that time frame and the Company sounds from the reviewers to be very responsive. Lots of reviews to wade through on this little "guy" and most, like me, are very pleased with this relatively inexpensive clock/radio. If you're on a budget like a lot of us, I'd say go for it as I think this is a great bang for your buck!

So far, so good!-- Oops, not now! -- Hold on-- they replaced the clock!!
PROS: * Really easy set up for time, alarm, etc. * Choices for wake up alarms. Most don't at this price point. I love the piano the best. * Have only tried one of the USB and it works fine. And, I love having them in the front within easy reach. My old one had them in the back and you couldn't see if the cables were in or if they had accidentally come out. You had to pick up the whole clock and turn it around, etc. Didn't like that. * Very small footprint!! Love that it has so many features without taking up a lot of space on your bedside table. *Day of the week alarm choices-- great for week-end sleeping in! *Shows room temperature. A nice plus! *Shows on the front if either or both alarms are set-- and shows the wake up times!! *Put in AAA batteries and it stays on during a power outage. Cons: *None so far. Give me a month or two and I'll get back to you! :-) UPDATE: I did a lot of research before making this purchase. Bottom line-- It seems to have everything you need in a clock, however... the lighting went crazy after a couple of months. You can't tell what time it is because some of the bars of light don't come on. Is it 8:17 or 3:11? 5:48 or 3:13? Not a good thing. Wish I had bought a 2 yr. warranty. Changed to 2 stars. So sorry. Must buy another clock. 2nd UPDATE: I wrote the company about the numbers not showing accurately and they were quick to replace the clock with a new one!! Amazing! Who does that in today's times! Kudos for your great business policies!! Thanks so much. (2 Stars added back.) Good business practices make a huge difference in customer trust and confidence.

Simple basic dual alarm clock radio
Nice replacement basic dual alarm clock. Good size for small bedside stand. Initial setup is easy. No wi-fi or blu ray needed. Turning alarms on and off is intuitive. Doesn’t have more features than you basically need … cell phone charging is now a “need”, (smile). Love the display color. Other clocks have too bright of a display or a display color that irritates me. Suits my needs well.

Small, easy to read alarm clock
I did a lot of reading of reviews and features when I was looking for a new alarm clock as my 20 year old clock would no longer let me change the minutes on my alarm. I wanted an alarm clock that had an fm radio, that was powered by plugging it in, and had usb ports. This fit all of those requirements and had good reviews. Some reviewers said it was not the easiest to set up and for the most part I would disagree. It was incredibly easy to set the time and alarms. When I wanted to find a radio station to wake up to was when I had more difficulty. I used the mode where it would automatically find stations. It finds the first 30 stations (some of which are pretty much static) and then stops (where I'm at meant it stopped before 100) I wanted to wake up to 107.9. There was a part in the directions about how to manually set the radio but that meant I had to take the batteries out and unplug it in order to manually set the radio. I wish I had read that part first because that meant I had to reset the clock and alarm! I feel like there could be a better way to switch between automatic and manual searching for a station. I also wish that you could set more than 1 station when you do it manually. But that wouldn't stop me from recommending this clock. I appreciate that you set a volume for your alarm and it starts out quieter than that and increases the volume. It does this pretty quickly (I would say it increases to maximum volume within 15 seconds). I like the other options for the alarm besides the radio and beeps. This clock is VERY bright but there is a dimmer dial. I do turn it down pretty low at night as I like it really dark. But makes it hard to read at other parts of the day. There is no automatic adjustment for the light level in the room but that wasn't one of my requirements when looking for a clock. Perhaps I should have looked for that because I cannot read this clock across the room during the day when I have it set at the dimness level I like it at night. I probably should have gone with an alternative color (my previous clock had been green) such as green or red to help combat the brightness. Overall I'm satisfied with this clock. The alarm has gone off each morning. I will test out using the second alarm tonight so hopefully all goes well.

An all-purpose clock radio
This radio is small, very easy to use, and not expensive. It offers a choice of wakeup times and music, and it's simple to change anything one wishes to change. I have another one of these, and got a second one because I like the first one. I have one in my bedroom and the other in the dining area where I do various tasks such as ironing, wrapping gifts, reading the paper, etc.

It's a great little alarm clock radio - but dosen't work for me.
Although there is a lot to like about this alarm clock, overall I'm disappointed with it and it's going back. It has a great display that, unlike most others, displays the times set for each alarm. You don't have to tap any buttons to check what time its set for. It also displays the day of the week and the temperature. The display is easily dimmed, with a simple wheel to turn on the back. Also, it's surprisingly small, which only slightly hurts it's performance (it's a bit tinny). I like to listen to the radio for a few minutes, then get up with the alarm (if I don't tap the snooze for a few extra minutes). So I set the radio to go on some minutes before the alarm, and when the alarm goes off and you tap the button to stop it (or the snooze button), the alarm shuts up, but so does the radio - and I need it to stay on (like any other clock radio I've had in the past). The alarms can only be set for weekdays, weekends or every day, but it's easy to override. I only really need to get up early three says a week, so I have it set for weekdays - and on days I don't have to get up early I tap the alarm button and in place of the time it's set for, it displays OFF. he next time I need the alarm, I just tap that button again and it displays the time it's set for. Setting the time or radio station to play is easy. Tap the button to set the time or radio, and then turn the wheel on top to roll through the time or radio frequencies. It's great that it has charging ports. It says, "Dual USB (1.1A + 2A)," which seems to mean one port will charge at 1.1A and the other at 2A. My phone shows each port only charging at about 620mA. I didn't try using both ports at the same time, but that's probably the maximum the unit can handle. If the 'wall wart' power supply had a higher current rating it might charge at a higher rate (I've just returned it so I can't check it's current rating). Also, the radio is staticky when you have something charging.

Highly recommend for any family member
This works great, the dual alarm is nice. It is easy to set up and I am happy with the giant snooze button on top, which also functions as the radio tuning dial. I like the size and that it has backup battery capacity. The brightness is adjustable and it is very nice for when you need the alarm but not a glowing light in the room. The customer service was exceptional when I reached out to them. I recommend this over other alarm clocks because it is affordable and reminiscent of my old school alarm clocks that I could tune myself to find each station. I use it for my elementary school aged kid who likes independence but still needs reminders for time, but can also use it as a radio to listen to music without a phone or tablet screen.
