Good quality and its claim of waterproof is spot on. Reduced my plantar fasciitis pain after a week of use and was extremely effective while running. Avoid the china made junk like bold fit as this is a made in india product.

Very good. I thought of buying Boldfit, but decided to go with this and my decision proved right. Very good adhesive quality and waterproof. I have taken 2 baths with this. No irritation faced even after 2 days.

The quality of the tape is not very good. When you remove the tape, it hurts like hell, and it leaves adhesive behind. I have used other brands as well, and they dont hurt as much as this one. So although im not very happy with it, but it still servers the purpose and helps with pain relief. So that's something.

I was using this product for the last 2 Years. It's quality has worsened over time. This time the product i received was pathetic. The tape is very thin as compared to what it used to be. Also the glue is very sticky and will peel your skin when you try to remove it. Earlier tape that I used were thicker than this and were easily peeled off even after 2 days without any damage to the skin. They have ruined a good product for little profit. Not gonna buy again

Very good product. The tape surely provides relief and support to muscular tissue. It is not waterproof as claimed. The Tape absorbs and soaks water during a bath or a wash, and dries after some time through natural evaporation.
