Good product,it’s very sticky but you have to apply completely dry surface,you won’t get any magic after applying this but yes it’s gives a good muscle support.

Good quality and its claim of waterproof is spot on. Reduced my plantar fasciitis pain after a week of use and was extremely effective while running. Avoid the china made junk like bold fit as this is a made in india product.

I have Meralgia paresthetica and I've had pain for the last 3 years. More than 50 physiotheraphy sessions and multiple different type of medications by different doctors - nothing helped. Absolutely useless and pathetic product. Strapped my knees for a HM run. The tape from both the knees peeled off within the first 2 kms.

The tape is okay, but I specifically wanted a waterproof tape, but unfortunately this is not waterproof. Otherwise it's okay, the adhesion is good and it's stretchable. Quality feels good.
