I ordered this product to perform kapoor arathi twice daily at home. After two months of usage, it has proved to be made of good quality material. I usually arathi for just 2-3 minutes to prevent the fire alarm from getting triggered. The handle does not get hot or warm and is comfortable to hold. The carbon deposit can be easily cleaned by wiping with a wet cloth, done once a week. Overall I am impressed at the value for money and certainly recommend this product.

The box is broken!!! The product is rusty with a lot of defects !!! Instead of golden color black rust. The view is terrible. I am very upset. I do not recommend using this seller!!!!

Very nice and easy to use

Since it doesnt have any insulation, the handle get so hot during use that it can burn your hand. Apart from this its a excellent product.
