There are 3 main reasons why I like Manischewitz Matzo Ball Mix: 1. Easy to Make – Compared to trying to make matzo ball soup from scratch, this is ridiculously easy. 2. Good Value – This is a three pack, but each box has two pouches that make nine to twelve matzo balls each. 3. Delicious – Don’t tell my bubbe, but this mix puts her matzo balls to shame. Of course, now I have to put up with the guilt of not visiting her. Oy vey. I bought this mix because my gentile wife likes to enjoy Jewish culture around Hanukah time. Rather than traveling to stores around the area when I have limited access to a car, I turned to Amazon. Once again, I was not disappointed. It was incredibly easy to make. I substituted melted butter for vegetable oil because we don’t like vegetable oil. And, we served the matzo ball soup with grilled cheese. It’s the perfect comfort food. Overall, I can’t think of any negatives from my experience. So, I’m obligated to give this five stars. We love matzo balls with our homemade chicken soup. Maneschewitz makes a great product. Easy instructions. Works fine. Delicious. Also, less expensive than buying packages individually from the grocery store.

Yummy. Easy to make. Two eggs stir boil water. You make them smaller like a teaspoon full because they’ll blow up the size of a baseball lol

I’m not into processed food but got this because I was running out of time. I was amazed at how well they turned out. It’s a two pack and the second box won’t expire until after next Passover. So I’ll be all set next year.

My Italian grandmother used to put matzah balls in the pastina she served up on holidays and special occasions, and I’ve carried on the tradition along with my brothers. The part of Nashville where we live has become largely Hispanic, so the grocery stores don’t carry a lot of items they once did. Matzah balls are a must-have for my homemade turkey soup!

Come Passover, my store ran out (didn’t carry?) . Emergency! Ordered online right there in the store. Arrived quickly. Like the packaging. Good to have extra boxes. Yum!
