The bulb holder was of so light material...it broke while fixing the bulb. Can i get/buy a new holder pl.

Unfortunately I didn't open the carton after receiving it in November 2023. I bought a pair.Just opened today for fitting 08.04.24 in a different flat and in a different place of mine. So too late to return. The ring that holds the Glass is missing from one of the shades. From the photo it can be seen there is now ring screwed on to the lamp holder. This serves me a good lesson. Should always check the box on receiving articles. Seeing is believing. Finnish is not too good.

Good but clear glass should also be there along with the smoky glass

The light looks good. But, I received three of them without the Wall Fixing Plate. Amazon has readily agreed to take back the items and replace them.
