Q: is there a flow chart for differences in head pressure?

the smaller the restriction, the harder the pump will work thus it will overheat. These are not magnetic drives and will not adapt to flow reduction like a brew (aka Riptide) pump. Keep an eye on the heat generated (run in cooler or 5 gal bucket) w/return flow and take water temps over an hour or two. Just restricting the flow will NOT push farther but may make it overheat, use more amps, and then burnout (see user pics of fried extension cords)

Q: What is the pipe thread size of the discharge side of the pump?

It’s actually 0.75 inch thread. I just measured.

Q: Does this have auto shut off?

Auto shutoff for what purpose? Two possibilities would be: A timer would switch it ff and on at prearranged times. For a malfunction due to no water going through, you will ideally want to power it through a ground fault interrupt circuit so in the event the water source accidentally runs dry the pump will not burn out.
