Finally had a chance to use this and that’s a good thing. This is something you never want to use, but will be glad you have when you do. I peeled some skin back on my index finger changing a belt and used this to clean the wound before setting the skin flap back. It does sting a tiny bit. Nothing bad. Wound wash which I also used doesn’t sting at all, but also doesn’t kill germs. I recommend this. Nice size. Nice easy to control when using. It’s good stuff to have around just in case. If you don’t have bandages, gauze, tape, etc I recommend getting some of those supplies as well. Also eye wash. Another thing nobody thinks of having. Personally I prefer to buy individually and build my own kit because the quality will be better, but the ready made ones aren’t bad either to start with and then add/replace as needed.

This cream is fantastic! My kids don’t cry anymore when I put it on their cuts, which is a huge relief. This stuff is magic for cleaning cuts and scrapes on kids - they are so distracted by the foam they don’t think about it cleaning the wound. We’ve really enjoyed it.
