Taste great, no kanrly after taste. They are easy to digest, and not coated with sugar.

Just got the item and tried them they literally taste like candy :) I can eat the entire container ! Also I’ll leave another review as I get bloated easily and usually always constipated. So wanting to see if this actually relieves the bloating I feel. Especially after eating chipotle. Or anything that’s super heavy.

So effective, high-quality and so tasty. I wish they were easier to find.

Edit 2025-03-08: seller was nice enough to offer a full refund, so I am bumping up my review by one star Original review: I notice zero difference after taking these for weeks. I was taking them as an experiment to see if they'd help with my brain fog or mood issues stemming from Long Covid. I suspect they would only benefit people who took antibiotics / have really poor gut health, and maybe not even then (how likely is it the bacteria survives to make it to the gut?). But they have a pleasant flavor and texture and are vegan. And I haven't had any side effects. So it's a harmless thing to try if you are experimenting with health issues.

I love Mary Ruth products and use several. They are natural, delicious (chewable and liquids) and usually have higher dosing which is necessary.
