I was looking for a product that would help me ice my face. I have loved this device so far as it does what it's promised. The device becomes cold within seconds, and if I want to switch to the undereye side, it's easy with one button click. I would compare the cold setting to a spoon when you stick it in the freezer. The charge also lasts a week, considering I use it morning and night. I don't use the heat setting, but it also heats up instantly, and if you switch between the two temperatures, the change is quick. My only con is I wish the fan weren't at the top of the device because it's bothersome when using the undereye side. But overall, I've enjoyed the product.

Easy to use has a hot and somewhat cold mode. I would want it colder. Just but the first one since it’s less and does the same. This one has a small spot for the under eye but it’s not needed. Go for the cheaper one I do recommend it

This device is a steal! I used it everyday since I got it and I can tell my skin has improved. Make sure to do the hot first then cold 2nd. It’s not uncomfortable on the skin and make sure to use moisturizer. Like anything consistency is key. We’ll see how long it holds up.
