It makes the ol Scan snap functional again. Old ones were melted and bound tight to the page rolling through the paper scanner turning the documents into something like gum in a wrapper.. Not easy to replace but doable and cheaper then the $500 scanner.

The product arrived in good condition (2 exit & 2 feed rollers)The Amazon listing said 4 parts were included.The problem is that there are 6 items that are needed, the 4 rollers and two foam washers. I don't know what the foam washers do, but heck if I am going to go to the trouble of taking the ScanSnap all apart and not have ALL the parts needed.I just threw these 4 rollers away and will figure a different way to fix machine.
