Product came promptly and in perfect condition. The adapter fit my bike perfectly. The adjustability feature really didn't make much difference in performance. The seatpost is firm but does absorb harsh bumps. The five stars does not imply that this product is as good or better than similar items costing much more, only that it's worth every penny that I paid, is solidly made, and is a definite improvement in performance over a stock hardtail bike. If you ever ride over bumps (and who doesn't) you will appreciate having this suspension seatpost.

I recently purchased 6 use bikes over a 7 month span for my entire family. I purchased one of these and added it to the first bike. I was so satisfied that I purchased 4 more of these Zoom seatpost. It really makes your ride more enjoyable, less shock on your spine over the bumps and these are a great price, adjustable, and well constructed. They do exactly what they are supposed to do!

Oh glorious relief. My old a** was getting roughed up. This seat post replacement is amazing. Very easy to install and for me, came at the perfect setting. I didn't have to adjust the dampening at all. It does make a slight noise when it compresses. It kind of sounds like a zipper on a tent being closed quickly. A little dry? Don't know, don't care. Every time I hear it, I think "that could have been my back side. It's working!" I just added the underseat bag recently for tire repair goodies. It works with that on there as well. So stoked it all came together and works so well. Great product, and for the price. Wow!

This is a decent suspension seat post. It is enough to absorb sudden impacts and prevents hurting your bottom. Do not expect a cushy ride, this is not designed to be bouncy. It still rides stiff. Build quality and material is good. I was able to adjust the stiffness easily. My one issue with this seat post is that it forces me to ride higher due to the suspension travel and there is not a way to lower it. Due to the size of my bike, my previous setup, i have the seat post at its lowest setting. This is just about right for my riding style. However, with this suspension post with the added suspension travel, it forces my seat to be 3-4 inches higher when installed at the lowest possible position on my bike. My riding position is not the best and my legs are stretched when the pedal is at its lowest. Just keep this in mind.

I have the new T42 ebike that came with 33.9mm seatpost and this one was able to replace that with no issues. I'm 5'10", weigh 160lbs, and the suspension does provide adequate travel that takes the edge off when going over bumps. I'd also replaced the stock seat with a Cloud9 so with these two products, I feel like the ride is much smoother. Surprisingly, this seatpost also fixed the angle of the saddle which was pointing way too low, even at the highest setting that was causing me to keep slipping forward and having to constantly readjust. The saddle is now sitting at the correct angle which solved 2 problems for me. For the price, it's well worth it, I highly recommend it!

This (and a suspension front fork) make my new e-bike comfortable on bumpy streets, very common around here. Fairly easy to install.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to for this product because I find that it does a really good job, and it is at a really great price. I was tempted to get one of the fancier suspension posts, but considering I just wanted it for paved trails and not mountain biking I thought this would do the trick. And it does a really good job. Going on the same commute I usually do, I notice I can float past the potholes, bumpy parts, and I barely feel them. The suspension is perfect for me, at 200lbs, highly recommend!

The product effectively reduced bumpiness of road and give me back the enjoyment of riding my bicycle.

Love it, makes the ride just that little bit softer and more enjoyable with less sharp impacts up through the spine. Don’t want a full suspension bike but want a smoother ride… this is your simple upgrade to a better cycling experience. Highly recommend this seat post.

The chock works! The range is small, but get rids of the big bumps.
