I do not know if PTSD or whiplash has destabilized my neck but this is a good brace to wear running and sleeping for a herniated neck disk c7 so that the neck does not move in damaging positions. I am a smaller person with a thin to medium neck and i found this to be a cheap and simple partial solution. The support is not great but if it was, it would be impossible to sleep with it on so I like that this is so-so but I can wear it while sleeping. This is a gentle support brace that helps.

I use this because I broke my neck and I was allowed to stop wearing the more confining one. I had to trim it because it was too wide, but I don't have a long neck. I still wear it at night. It is comfortable and has velcro closing. Would recommend

fabric seems easier to maintain than the standard issue white gauzy one. Comfortable and supportive at the same time.

This brace is well made and will be perfect for some people. I need the U or V shaped front and am a bit short necked. This one is straight across, all around and pretty rigid. You will have to judge for yourself if it is right for you. The picture didn't reveal the detail of the front. The fabric is delightful. The collar is washable. The extra piece included at the closing makes it easy to tighten or loosen. Items such as these require careful consideration. Since most of them come from China, the translations can be a bit misleading. I was able to return mine without a problem.

It is a little more comfortable that other foam collars. It does not keep your head as pictured. The fabric is not bad as well as the extension piece, but it is stll uncomfortable when you have to wear a collar most of the day.

I was hurt in June of 22. I wish I would have had this brace instead of the one I got from the hospital. I am alot better an I don't need it as much as I did. But this brace when I start hurting or feeling the stress I can wear it for an hr or 2 an I'm able to take it off an I'm fine. It takes all the pressure off my neck and helps relieve the pain an stress.

I am pretty small. A hair under 5’ and 102lbs. I gave it 5 stars even though I returned it because I feel like it was very well made and would have been perfect if I had been average size. It is made very different than other braces allowing much customization.

Too large.
