These are my "go to" filters for my house. They are of good quality and value.

These filters and the filter system are excellent. We have a well so it filters out most things like rust particulates from the old well casing. That’s about the only thing I’ve found in the clear filter housing and trapped in the filter.

Great filter

I live in southern New Mexico, where sand is our terrain, so I figure we have our share of sand in our water, along with other solubles. These filters are easy to install, and because I live alone (not a lot of water usage), I change them out about every 2 months. Because of their low price, cost to use them is nominal for me. And, they might last even longer each time, but I change them out when the filter shows just a slight yellowing color to them. Set you own schedule for replacement.

I've used these for years. Very good filters.

I have a lot of minerals in my pump water since I replaced the submersible pump. Installed a main house filter and used these filters in it. They do remove MOST of the minerals, but do not remove all. I still have some sediment in the water, but it's much less than coming from the well. If you require total removal of sediment, I would look into other filters. On the other hand these do a good job for the price.

Before this filter I was using 5 micron filters and somehow the iron specks would still get through. This is working great I need to change it again and add a second filter to make it great
