Still amazing
I had originally bought this product back in 2022-2023 and i'd be lying if i said the quality has gone down. I saw a review saying they changed the formula and the texture was off but unless my other bag was just stale, these feel super similar, softer if anything! They cut super easily, they have never given my dog a stomach ache+ She absolutely loves them! Some complain about the smell but i prefer it, it helps my dog focus on training and the smell left on your hands goes away after 2-3 washes so it's not a big deal. The one thing i do wish they had was an option to buy in bulk for a slightly cheaper price haha. Or just a larger size bag because it feels like i'm going through so much so quickly since i'm currently training my dog haha Overall super good quality, they last a while, they're not super expensive and they look like kibble so its easy for me to mix her food in a ziplock bag with them so they get the smell! lmao

Perfect Training Treats for Every Day!
I have a service dog that is a standard poodle, and our dog trainer recommended these Tricky Trainers as great training treats. We use them literally EVERY day. My poodle loves the salmon and liver flavors the best. She gets so excited each day when she hears me filling up our training pouch full of the Tricky Trainers, because she knows we're off on an adventure and she gets "paid" (eating yummy treats) while we're out and about on our best behavior. These are great because they smell good (very important as a high-value treat for dogs), and they're a nice small size with soft texture (quick for pups to chew and swallow so you can reward multiple good behaviors in a row). I recommend these 100%. We love them so much that I have these on a "Subscribe & Save" with Amazon so that we never run out.

Decent for daily medium value treat!
Update: 4 starts instead of 5 stars. My dog lost interest in them, and I learned that some of the ingredients are unhealthy. I often keep a mix of different treats in my treat bag and I noticed my dog refusing to eat the Tricky Trainer treats, quite bitterly she would let them fall to the ground. I don't know if this is because the other treats are even better, or if she simply got bored of them. I like to research what I feed my dog and realized that some of the ingredients in these treats are undesirable and that there are better (but often more expensive) treats out there that don't use things like Glycerin, cane sugar, or smoke flavor. None of these are dangerous or harmful in small amounts per se, but I rather stick to treats that don't have them in it from now on. Over all, I still think these are the best treats in its price category, I would still recommend them. After trying several brands, these ended up becoming our go-to daily treats. My dog likes them (not anymore), and I feel the salmon formula is helping make her coat shinier. They only have 3 calories per treat, perfect for training sessions throughout the day, we use them as part of our puppy's meal. We use these Tricky Trainers as medium value treats, Kibble as low value, and single ingredient freeze dried salmon and beef liver as high value rewards. If you're training often and want something healthier than boring kibble, but not as pricey as single-ingredient treats, these are a perfect solid middle ground.

Perfect for training!
Great for training rewards! Puppy loves them and they are soft enough to break in half! We tried others first but they were too hard and not exciting enough for our pup. These get gobbled up in no time!

Don't let your husband eat the whole bag.
Do you love your puppy (I don't care how old your furbaby is, they're puppies forever)? Do you care about what goes in his/her tummy? Do you want your puppy's full attention like never before? If you answered yes to any one of those three questions (hell, even if you said yes to just one of them), then BUY THESE TREATS. First off, from when you rip off the top and open that bag for the first time, be prepared for that meaty, cheesy smell to explode in your face. Seriously, sit down before you open this bag or it might just knock you right on your ass. I had to fight my husband off so that he wouldn't just dig in and eat the entire bag (he did try one, though, like he does with all of the treats that we buy for our babies, just to see first-hand what we're feeding them). Secondly, the puppies will smell these things from 2 miles down the road, underwater, with muzzles on. Be prepared for their sudden madness. And lastly (but most importantly, for me, as their mommy), these aren't chock full of nasty additives or harmful chemicals like many other treats are. We try to get the best for our babies, including fresh raw meat from time to time as well as fruits and vegetables and such, so we try to be good about treats, too. As a BONUS: these things are smooth and dry on the outside, but moist and chewy on the inside. Great for the pups, awesome for non-sticky hands and fingers after training sessions. These aren't the cheap, by the bulk treats that some people may prefer to buy to be frugal, but in our book, they're worth every cent. If my review has helped you in any way, please let me know, or hit "Yes" under this review. Thank you! :)

My dog loves these and I usually buy from a pet shop, don't order on line, price was double for half the amount. Not impressed, who gets the extra $10? Amazon or Cloud Star Corp. Not the best way to keep customers.

Her highness is a big fan of cheese, so I thought this would be a good alternative as cheese itself doesn't really have long shelf life and portable in Singapore weather. You can watch her highness rejecting it. My quest for an appealing 'trainer treat' continues. Its packed in a good quality resealable bag. Ingredients wise, not the best treat out there but its priced accordingly. you get what you pay for. No shockers here(what and corn free doesn't mean grain free). For a 18-20 kg dog, I would suggest further splitting the treat size to 1/2 or 1/4th to use this for training . PS: so far from all the chewy treats I have tried, Wellness core soft well bites is the only one that has received the royal seal of approval.
