First found these in a local store in Brooklyn. After the first I bought a whole Mix box. Buckwheat is something that I grew up eating and it has a very uniquely toasty taste. So seeing it in a snack was such a pleasant surprise.This snack gives you the crunchiness but then softens as you chew the more delicate squishy inside of each buckwheat seed. I was skeptical at first but was met with not nothing but taste and delight.Taste wise they blend in ingredients that would not normally go into a bar snack, like broccoli, but I was pleasantly surprised with how tasty it was (if you like broccoli of course).Overall amazing tastes, happy to eat such a healthy seed like buckwheat which gives me a lot of energy to fuel my day. Would recommend to keep in anyones pantry that wants a healthy, well balanced and tasty snack.

This is my new favorite snack brand!First of all the packaging is so cute, it's so colorful and eye catchy - my roommate wanted to try this immediately and loved it too.The taste is very good, be mindful it is a healthy organic snack but this brand really delivered on the promise. It's a bit crunchy, just enough sweet, I loved the balance in the taste too. Broccoli and quince taste really surprised me in a good way too.All in all, I felt filled and satisfied when running around the city. Ended up eating 7 of them in one day. Will definitely purchase again once I'm done with this pack!

I tried these from a friend and was pleasantly surprised at how clean these bars were. Felt clean and didn't have any rush or crash you experience from a lot of sugary bars. Flavor could use a bit of work but it is a new company so excited to see where they go. Nice to see a truly healthy product
