Great product great price heat activated as soon as you open it the tabs are not that sticky you have to use additional adhesive tape it's because skin has oil, sweat, but the product is good . Give it a try I use the neck wraps it helps with stiffness and pain in fact I got my husband hooked he loves them . Great product!

Best non-smelly, heat generating, non-pill format healing for my aches and pains. They apparently imroved the sticky attachment because it holds in place better. I've worn all night and all day. Patch stays in place.

I've purchased these a couple of times, and they are the same as what you get in a store, but they come in a shrink-wrapped/bulk package. The expiration date on these is several years out, so no worries that they will not work in the near future. Even though these are for neck and shoulder, I use them for lower back pain. They are much smaller than the back heating pads from ThermaCare, and for the pain I have, they work great. I often put them on when I go to bed at night, and they are still warm in the morning. The smaller size, compared to the back ones, makes them less bulky and easier to wear for more extended periods of time. Highly recommend these and have not found any other one-time use alternatives that work as well.

I originally got these for my neck, as shown on the box photo. But the adhesive is horrible, wouldn't stay put. So, my knee also hurts (old age pains lol). Decided to put it over my knee, then use duct tape to tape over the product adhesive ends, to make it stay on. Worked like a charm. BUT, the product doesn't get hot, barely lukewarm. It does feel good, but wish it got a little warmer.

These Heat Wraps are great when you've overdone yard work or household chores that require stretching your arms and shoulders. You're not required to keep reheating neck and shoulder heat pads to get a good 8 hour heating session.

As always, worth their weight in gold. This little wraps help us much when my shoulders are giving me a fit. They are easily to put on and last 8+ hours. I use this vendor often and the product always arrives in a timely fashion.

My neck pain often keeps wakng me up at night. These help a great deal! I have and will purchase again.

The ThermaCare Heat wraps are a nice tool to have. We use them for general aches and pains around the neck and back. The heating ability is nice and you definitely feel the warmth for a while, not sure that it's actually 16 hours but it's several hours. This particular one does provide adhesives to attach to different areas of the body but be aware that they are only useful once. If you remove it after applying it and try to reapply it, its ability to stick is significantly decreased. Another thing to note is that if you put it on and sweat (like go outside or do something remotely active), the sweat will cause the adhesive to lose its effectiveness too. I do also like that it's portable so I tend to travel with these when I get some aches and pains in the airplane or car. They don't take up much space.
