Just the taste I was hoping to get for my bulgogi! Really enjoyed it and will definitely be buying it again as I've found some other brands to be too salty & sickly.

If you like Korean BBQ this stuff is the bomb. My girlfriend and I like it better than the stuff made at a nearby restaurant, and they are good! Everyone who has tried it has taken the picture of the bottle and said that they are going to order it. The secret is to cook the short ribs on very low heat. I tried to make it on the grill but liked it better in a pan.

Very very nice sauce. Simple to use. Sweet but not a cloying sweetness. Very very spicy - but not so much that you lose flavour. Heartily recommend this. I personally found the amount in the packet to be perfect for one person. I expect it would be fine for two but you will need more packets for more people. I used 3 for 4/5 people.

Je pensais la sauce un peu plus dense, malheureusement elle est très liquide. Elle n'est pas non plus extraordinaire, mais elle fait le taff'. Elle reste quand même sympa si on cherche à se procurer une sauce kalbi.

Ottima salsa dal sapore intenso, umami eccellente. Provata per la marinatura di hamburger vegetariani, per la cottura delle verdure, deliziosa per isaporire durante la cottura alla piastra il cavolo rosso. Consigliata. Anche a crudo come salsa barbecue da un tocco inusuale alla carne alla griglia o hamburger.
