Great blend of fibre for your microbiome
I have 3 great tips about this Fibre product. I hope you find this useful: Tip 1: I add this to my morning coffee and blend it. I find if you don't blend it, this fibre sinks to the bottom of the mug as 1 big gloop and becomes noticeably not-so-comfortable to drink and leaves a (difficult to explain) gloop/jelly like feeling in my stomach. Blend it in the coffee, and it forms a suspension of the fibre, making it easy to drink. Tip 2: First add the fibre into the mug, add the hot coffee and stir. Leave to stand for a couple of minutes. It will thicken (that's the Psyllium Husk Powder in the fibre reacting to the water, it is an insoluble fibre). This is an important step because if you don't wait and instead drink it quick, it will absorb water from your stomach/gut, reducing your hydration. Tip 3: After drinking, wait 15 minutes and drink plenty of water. You will feel thirsty. Again that's the Psyllium Husk Powder needing hydration. Tip 4: Add MCT oil to the coffee for brain clarity / sharpened cognition and it also adds ketones to your liver, keeping you full for longer. The brain feeds on ketones and its great if you are doing intermittent fasting or keto. Good stuff!

Confusing serving and expensive
Product delivery and packaging all good, and the quality of the powder is excellent. It mixes very well and has almost no taste, even in water. I add it to Huel, porridge and even coffee. However. The bag is 200g and said to contain 30 servings. 200 / 30 = 6.66g. On the packaging it says 1 Serving = 1 TABLESPOON = 6G Fibre. Which is odd because 1 Tablespoon is equal to 14.175 grams. Or 15 grams in the UK. In the photo is the difference in serving size. The left being 1 Tablespoon, the right being 6.6 grams. If you’re taking 2x tablespoons a day, that’s circa 30g a day and the bag will last less than a week and be very expensive. I would imagine you would see some results though. If you divide your 200g bag by 30 servings to last the month, then it is 6.6 grams per serving. So, they need to stop switching between grams and Tablespoons on the packaging, it’s misleading. If you’re still with me, even after a couple of tablespoons of this stuff, there is a conclusion. 100g contains 94.9g of fibre (according to the label). 100 / 94.9 * 6.6 (half a tablespoon!) = 6.26g of fibre. So, the correct serving size is 6.6 grams, or half a tablespoon, which will give you 6g of fibre. That will give you 30 servings from a 200g bag. I asked the question on her but never got a clear and concise answer. Product seems OK. You are still better off getting your fibre from a balanced diet. Wording on the packaging needs clarifying.

Works Brilliantly – Just Chug It!
This fibre powder works amazingly well. I only need one scoop per glass of water and that’s more than enough to keep me regular and feeling healthy. It’s become a simple part of my daily routine. The texture is very powdery and a bit bitty in the mouth, which might put some people off at first — but honestly, I just chug it quickly and it’s no big deal. The results are totally worth it. If you’re looking for something effective and easy to fit into your day, I definitely recommend this. Just don’t expect a smooth drink — think of it more as a quick health shot that gets the job done! For the price it’s okay. Tastes of nothing just powdery so not completely dissolvable.
