I had a recommendation to take quercetin to help with histamine problems. Red rashes, hot flashes, and stuffy nose type symptoms. I started taking 1 in morning and 1 in evening and noticed a huge difference in the first week. I did notice however that if you stop even for a day it didn't work as well. Love the flavor and consistency/texture.

Helps my child get over sickness and he enjoys taking them.

I love these!! The 3 pack is a great savings. My daughter stays healthy with these all years. It is the only brand I will buy. They taste great. My daughter isn't a huge fan of the light yellowish white ones. I think they are like a pineapple flavor maybe. The rest of great. I cut one in half for her (she is nine).

Edit: They changed something. The color, taste, and texture are different. They are harder and not so gummy anymore. Definitely more like a vitamin than candy, and my daughter doesn’t like them anymore. The first pack we ordered arrived melted, but Amazon did an easy exchange. My daughter is so picky with vitamins, but these are her favorite. We actually use them as a treat after she practices her piano for the day because they seem like candy (I only give her one since it’s a vitamin and not candy!) I also took them to the doctor during an annual wellness visit. I always just bring the whole pack/bottles of vitamins with us to update the “medication/supplement list”. The doctor was impressed with the ingredients. She said it was a great product because they use fruit and vegetables with no added sugar. She also said that this is a great supplement to help with seasonal allergies. She went into the science of it, something about Quercetin not letting the histamine receptors become inflamed… treating the source of the problem instead of the symptoms with an antihistamine like Zyrtec. Seems healthier, in my opinion. Highly recommend!!

Good taste and texture to go along with health benefits for my children.

We noticed these changed texture and flavour the last two bags, whatever the change was, it was not a welcome one. With that said they still are tasty!! They have less of that, was that a gummy bear or a vitamin.. and more okay its a vitamin now but still very tasty. I am going to admit it, I got them for my kids but I take them now as well as my little night time treat LOL. I think you should give them a shot. I take 2 and my kids take 1. They never forget to take them. They did make comments about what happened to these are they stale, with the changes they made to them. But regardless we will still order.

These are so good! I love that they have both quercetin and bromelain. Everyone in our house looks forward to taking these vitamins!
