do you put the whole stuffed animal (i got two of the dogs for gifts) in microwave and or freezer or just the mineral pack i thought?

For hot and cold therapy, take the inserted mineral/comfort pack out of the stuffed animal and follow the heating or freezing instructions. Once done, put it back into the plush toy, and there you have it ready to use! The mineral pack can also be used on its own for hot and cold therapy. Hope this helps!
