How does this compare to the "blackhead remover vacuum"? which works better for removing whiteheads?

Blackhead vacuums were a thing in the 00’s when I had bad acne breakouts as a pre teen. It did damage to my skin and left marks and it didn’t really work for me. I use this by rubbing my cleaner in and scraping my skin with it and it works way better then a blackhead strip or a vacuum ever did for me. So to answer your question you feel pulses and vibrations rather than intense sucking and less skin damage and I feel it really gets my skin cleaner than a vacuum did.

Can you specify the ion + and - usage? I see different posts that ion - is used for blackheads but the description doesn’t indicate that.

Think of it this way-use opposite ion to attract. Dirt is negative (ion)... You need to use the positive ion to draw it out. You want to use the negative ion to PUSH good products into the skin (it'll attract to the positive ions in the skin). Hope that helps! I have extremely dry skin to the point of it being flaky at times. A friend recommended this but she has oily skin, Will this work for dry as well?

it'll work with any skin type. This is a gentle exfoliation (mechanical form) along with penetrating product into the skin of you flip the device, using the flat side of the metal tip. I'd say get some good skin care....wash, exfoliator, toner, moisturizer.
