Love the mini kettle as all I need is a few cups and it is perfect. Energy efficient this way. Boiling is very quick. It is light , which is great for those with arthritis or elders. Easy to wipe down and clean. Small footprint on the counter. Very happy I switched and love the design/color.

The kettle looks beautiful on the counter. Then I noticed the inside rusted just after 11 months of use, I didn't know when the rust started. Contacted their customer service via both email and phone call, nobody replied or called back. Didn’t expect a $150 kettle only lasts for 11 months.Follow-up: After getting no replies to my emails and no call-backs from their so called "call back" system, I call their customer service again and insisted waiting online and finally talked to someone. That person forwarded me to their warranty team. A woman on the team took my email and said she would send me forms. The woman was VERY VERY rude. I've never talked to a customer service this mad. She sounded she couldn't wait to get off the phone from the time she started to talk. What a shame to the brand.
