What is the polyester percentage and cotton percentage in this ribbon?

The strapping is described as cotton and polyester. I do not recall the package saying the exact percentage. But the strapping feels like cotton, is strong and easy to sew by hand. I used it to make straps to hold a mattress cover to the bed mattress. It looks and feels like straps for a tote bag but soft like cotton, not like an artificial feel. I have not washed the ribbon though.

Is this machine washable, and can it go in the dryer?

Yes , machine washable and normal dyer.
