Artist's delight!
This removes acrylic paint and glue quickly without the harsh chemicals common in liquid paint removers. Rubbing it on a fingernail brush is effective for stubborn spots, especially around cuticles and trapped under fingernails. Such a simple and inexpensive solution!

Best handcleaner in my book
This is my favorite hand cleaner. Nothing beats pumice for cleaning grease. I also like it for getting glue off my hands.

The best bar soap to clean super dirty hands and arms…Ever!
Lava, where have you been? Couldn’t find you in the stores, so finally went to Amazon and ther you were! Now my hands will get clean after working in the yard!

I haven't been able to find this soap in stores so I finally ordered it from amazon. This is the real deal, the tried and true Lava soap. Works just as you expect it to.

Old reliable for cleaning dirty hands.
I'm just glad Amazon carries lava. It's been around a long time. You can't get it in the stores anymore. After working on greasy dirty Jeeps, you just can't beat it for cleaning up your hands.

Great soap for the dirtiest hands
Lava bar soap is the heavy duty hand soap I need for my summer gardening hands. It’s truly the best soap that gets the dirt from my skin & finger nails. Aside from washing my hands from the garden it’s really my go to soap during the summer months in NY when there’s always something to do outside. The pumice is the gem in this soap. It’s such a heavy duty soap yet it makes my hands feel so soft & moisturized after. It layers up so nicely into nice green bubbles-per my picture. One bar literally last an entire summer. It’s why I’m still using what I had in stock last year. The downside I’ve noticed this summer season, as I wanted to purchase a couple more bars to stock, is the price has tripled per bar. Last year I purchased for as low as $1.29 up to $2.41. Now it’s in the $6.00 range. I don’t know if I’m willing to pay over $6.00 for a bar of soap. I do recommend but at that price I may pass when I run out. My 4 star reflects the increase in price.

Cold Water Goodness
Lava soap will lather in cold water. If you have to bathe in a cold mountain lake or stream, this is the stuff to use, but it does lather in cold water and will clean you well, but be quick about it.

These soaps I bought at a Five and Dime shop in Texas, and was pleased to find them on Amazon, and it does remove paint from hands and other hard to remove dirt

Works well. Wasn’t expecting a bar of soap though as would have preferred using gel.
