My son's psychiatrist recommended this over the melatonin he had been taking because this is natural. He is 14 and takes one before bed time.Since I have gone back to work during this pandemic (I am a teacher) I have not been having restful sleep. I started taking these Monday night after not sleeping well Sunday night at all, and have had some of the most restful sleep I have had in a long time. I take two before bed time.

There are 100 capsules in the product. We are supposed to take 2-4 cap each time. However, they are expiring in 60 days.If we are not taking this product everyday, we are going to end up wasting some of them.Pretty disappointed.

Speaking of something completely useless... I think I even lose more sleep since having this. The smell is strangem too!

Ive been using this product for a over a years now and helps me to getgood quality sleep.I live in jamaica and recently its been very hard to get this as once there is only 2 left in stock gnc does not ship anymore you are required to pick up in stores which I don't have anyone to pick up in store and ship it to me and there is or one left in stock for a long time. Very inconvenient.

This HNC NATRA SLEEP EXP DAT IS MARCH 2025 which gave me only 2 1/2 months usually I have over a year before expiration. I purchased 2 HOWEVER THE STRENGTH WILL NOT WORK AS WELL

Sleep is better with, than without a dose. Not as good as Benadryl, but doesn't have the drying out side effects of the Benadryl which is good. I take just one capsule at night which helps, so increasing to 2-4 as recommended on bottle would help more when needed.Capsules have an odd smell to them.
