These seem to have everything my body needs. Been using for quite awhile now no side effects

I've been taking this since June, and so far I've been staying well. Easy to take, just two capsules a day, no after taste that's really noticeable.

So first of all, the immune booster in this are wonderful and one of the few that has a such a wide array of hard-to-get supplements. The price is really good, too, considering. My biggest cons, are the flavor/smell and the fact that they definitely don't settle well on your stomach. There is no way to describe the taste/smell, it's just horrible, but it DOESN'T linger, so as soon as you wash it down with a flavored drink or food, you can't taste it. My biggest tips are that you should NEVER take this on an empty stomach. One, you'll burp up the horrible flavor for hours. And two, it's immediately nauseating. The first time I did, I got vertigo ans thought every movement was going to make me throw up. You have to take it WITH food, not before, and not more than half an hour after. Thats really the only way to avoid a full blown, physical reaction. I might simply have a sensitive stomach, or maybe my G.E.R.D. caused an issue, but it's truly just easier to take with food.

All in my head? Actually works? Since starting to take these, I really have gotten less sick, and if I do get a cold, it is over quick.

I like this supplement, I feel great when I take it!
