this is high end . not for the homeowner. you will need a plumber to install.

It’s a nice faucet.

We purchased this bathroom faucet and when it was delivered we were thrilled with the way it looked. We installed it ourselves and it looked great. Then it started leaking. I thought we had maybe installed it wrong, so we had a plumber come and look at it. He thought it was maybe missing a part. We took a photo of all the parts and emailed it to the address on the instructions. No response for a week. Tried calling on Saturday, but they were closed. Difficult for us to call during office hours due to the time zone difference. Emailed again, and again and still no response. Called and the lady said the email address I was using was not a monitored email address, despite it being all over the paperwork. She emailed me so I could get some resolution. I emailed her back with my original email. No response. Follow-up email, no response. Thus, this review.

Really classy bathroom upgrade and well made!!

These faucets were nicely packaged and appeared to be a very nice quality and weight! Liked the style very much, but they were just too large for my space and sink size, so I am looking for a similar product, but one smaller in size.

I like the look and feel but plumbers had problems. Constantly having to readjust the set screws on the handles. Would not order again.

Had to repair my sink that was exactly this faucet. The parts needed were more expensive so I just bought this whole sink. I was planning to use just a couple parts, but it came in such PERFECT condition although it said it was slightly used or scratched. So i just replaced the entire faucet.

Love these taps -- they look amazing in our newly-renovated bathroom, in our 1902 summer church-now family home.

I ordered this product a polished nickel as I already had it In antique brass and love it. Box was missing both cartridges and hoses. I Contacted seller they said they took pictures and everything was in the box. I wrote back and said that absolutely it was missing those items and requested a return which I shipped. We will see if I get my refund. I ordered it again and it arrived complete with all the items. The first time I ordered you could tell the box was missing stuff. The top itself is beautiful and good quality. giving it a three because of the hassle and dispute them saying they took pictures and it was complete.

The finish on a single trim piece on the faucet had started to tarnish after just 3 months in service. Customer support was very difficult to establish at the onset and once it had begun, it became confrontational. This was surprising to us considering it was an easily corrected issue. A simple replacement of the tarnished trim piece was all that we were looking for. As it turned out we were not even offered the option to purchase a replacement piece, requiring us to now purchase an entirely new faucet and have it installed. Buyer beware!
