the product does not work . have been trying to get in touch with service department. impossible. the helpline number does not work. downloaded the app, which keeps asking for details. useless. please stick to the traditional brands. this is a total fraud brand.

We needed large size gyser and AO Smith was the obvious choice for us. Effective and efficient. The gyser was delivered nicely packed. In Kolkata Balaji is their after sales and installation partner. They are worst and horrible. Till their partner is changed I would recommend people not to buy AO Smith products. They are a big time defaulters.

Given that I don't live on a higher floor I would expect the water pressure to be higher. The output pressure of the geyser isn't great, so when the cold tap fills up a bucket in 20 seconds the hot tap takes 240 seconds to fill up the bucket (rough check with the phone stopwatch). But that is a negative I guess you have to live with when you pass water through such a large tank.

Zero after sales service
No after sales service , very poor insulation, please dont buy it, you will suffer like we are. Buy racold instead. Ap smith people dont even respond to service requests, they dont have spare parts. Worst product to buy...
