Hayman, 100% Panama Geisha Coffee Beans, Whole Bean, Medium Roast, 340g | Fresh Roasted Panamanian Gesha Coffee

This is some truly wonderful coffee. The aroma is extremely floral and earthy, almost like tea at times. There are also very prominent hints of mango, but they disappear after grinding the beans for some reason. The aroma after brewing is still extremely floral. The flavor is very complex and the hints of mango return very prominently here. But seriously, it's just so complex that I thought I tasted tomatoes and aged cheese at some point. I'm really not good with describing these things but I guess I can summarize it as follows: crisp, fresh, very floral, very mild earthiness and fading hints of creaminess.

At a time when a lot of things in the world is out of sorts, its really great to have this little bit of indulgence in your home. Why go out for a coffee when you can have freshly roasted coffee in the comforts of your own home. This delicious fruit flavoured coffee smells and tastes amazing. I will be gifting this in the future to all my friends and family. Thanks.

Sorry but I think the beans are over-roasted that they lose the original flavors of Panama Gesha....

After trying a few flavors from Haymans bought this as a gift for friends, they loved it too.

It tastes different than the store brought Coffe. It is more smooth, less acidity and does have a fruity note, if you like coffe you mush try this, however it is really expensive and that Is the only down side of this.

I bought 2 bags of Panama Geisha Coffee Beans on 3 Sep 2021 and 17 Sep 2021 respectively. The first bag of coffee beans gave me a delightful surprise: a fresh jasmine aroma stood out amidst subtle fruity aromas in the background. I enjoyed the brew, which was smooth and complex at the same time. I was so enthralled by the experience with the first bag of beans that I ordered another bag on 17 Sep 2021. Unfortunately, I was greatly disappointed this time. There was no hint of any floral or fruity aromas. Instead of the nice complex flavors I got from the first bag, the second bag of beans seemed pretty one-dimensional in taste and offered no pleasure for the palate. My coffee drinking days are not over, but I'm hesitant to order another bag of beans from Hayman because of the stark inconsistency in quality between the first and the second bag of beans.

Giving Panama Geisha coffee a low score because you don't like this STYLE of coffee is a little unfair. Geisha coffee is very light, almopst tea-like. That's the nature of Geisha coffee. It's not a bold "charbucks" style coffee. This Hayman Geisha is delicious. It's light, floral, and very smooth. Brew it via pour-over or nice quality drip machine (Moccamaster or Simply Good coffee makers work great). Grind using a nice coffee grinder (I use the Fellow Ode 2). Make sure to get the water to coffee ratio correct (15:1 or about 1 Liter water to 60 grams coffee).

wife and i like coffee and this was a special present for her. the box was super nice and the coffee was freshly roasted so it had a beautiful look and smell. however we dint really like the coffee much and even if It had been 10 times better it would not have been worth the money. i have no problems having tried this and the product is super - i guess if you know someone that wants this exact type of coffee then it's good, but for us, in the end we mixed it with some more robusta to take away the acid and enjoyed it like t. as i cant sp,k for other people's taste, i can just say - nice present if you like the type of coffee, but premium price - so you better enjoy every sip

It has a very unique flavor: not at all like commonly found coffee. Several of us are still deciding whether we like the kind of "tree bark" flavor of this coffee or not.
