I just had this installed in my 2006 Chevy Avalanche. I used the reprogramming instructions in my owner manual. It programed without any problems and I didn't need a scan tool.

Replacement part for my Hummer H3
My tpms light has been lighting up on my dashboard. My mechanic advised that these are the sensors that need to be replaced. However, they do not replace them there. They suggested I install new TPMS parts when I purchased new tires in the future. Not being able to find parts available locally for my 2006 hummer H3, I’ve been buying replacement parts online as I come across them. This was very affordable priced, so I decided to purchase.
