Totally useless. No difference seen after wear this. Not able to return item too as Amazon required photo proof for the same. Now for a 200 RS refund I have to upload my pvt pics of my GF. Totally not acceptable.

Bought for my upcoming wedding, very comfortable and seems to stay up!.

I ordered these to wear under high-waisted paints to slim down my tummy, which has started to stick out more in the my 40s. I'm usually a size 12 in pants/jeans, and originally ordered both the XL-XXL and the M-L just to try them both on because the size chart said both should work for me. Both of these sizes barely did any shaping. I went down to the small, and finally saw some shaping. Even in the small size, these were comfortable to wear, and I didn't feel like I was too "sucked in" or uncomfortable. That said, these also shape you far less than the Assets Shapewear you can purchase at Target. If you're looking for ultimate shaping, you may want to look into Spanx or something. For everyday just underneath pants, these work well enough to minimize my lower tummy. But I'm still surprised at how little shaping they offer, even when sizing down. I've only worn them a couple of times with pants, but haven't had any issues with them rolling down. And I will say, they're very comfortable. I like them overall as an everyday option, and for the price, which is more affordable than Spanx.

Really liking this shapewear! It holds up really well - I like the nonslip part at the top so that it doesn’t ride down and keeps it smooth all the way up to the bra line . I had ordered M/L as I usually wear M but found that the shapewear seemed a bit loose so I went with XS/S instead and found the shapewear more tight so I’m keeping the smaller size. I did wish the tummy control was a bit tighter but overall it does a good job of holding everything together while keeping it smooth!

I have arthritic scoliosis and two compressed vertebra and was looking for something that would support my back as well as my abdomen. The Shapermint body shaper tummy control panty comes closest to something my sister bought years ago and is no longer available (and provides the kind of support I need). The short metal tab inserts at the waist are key to the panty's effectiveness (if they were longer, they would be even better) and the fabric provides comfortable control. I would actually give these 3.5 stars, since they're the closest thing I've found to the panty my sister gave me.
